Cancellations, No Shows

Cancellation of Fully Prepaid Bookings

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental is due to start, the money you’ve paid will be refunded.

If you cancel in the 48 hours period before pick-up, the money you’ve paid will be refunded, minus the cost of a 1 day rental.

If you fail to turn up at the agreed time and date, and/or to provide all the necessary documentation, and/or

to provide a credit card with enough available funds on it, the car hire company may refuse you the car.

No refund for unused rental or earlier return.

Mandatory Local Charges




When you pick the car up, you'll need:

Passport or national ID card (Malaysian)

Driving licence

Credit card

You must be at least 23 to drive this car.



MYR 1,000.00

At pick-up, the main driver will leave a refundable security deposit of MYR 1,000.00 on their Credit Card or Debit Card. Refund process for debit card with in 30day upon return a car. Cash is not accepted.

The counter staff will confirm how much this will be.

MYR 3,000.00

If the car's bodywork gets damaged, you’re covered by the Collision Damage Waiver. This means that the most you'll pay is the damage excess (MYR 3,000.00 ).

This cover is only valid if you stick to the terms of the rental agreement. It doesn't cover (e.g. for towing or off-road time), or anything in the car (e.g. child seats, GPS devices or personal belongings).



Same to Same

Fair Fuel Policy: Please return the car with the same amount of fuel as when picked up. The car hire company will charge you for every missing quarter of a tank.


Cross-Border and Boundary rules

Please note that cross-border travel is not allowed with this car hire company.

Vehicles may not be taken either between islands or to the Mainland.


Extension of Rental:

Should you wish to extend your rental beyond the original termination date, it is important that the renting station be advised immediately and the required advance paid so that insurance cover is extended. Failure to do so may mean the Renter is driving the vehicle without insurance. Any additional hour would be charged as 1 day full rental if the car returned beyond 1-hour grace period.


You are responsible for any charges and fines, including tolls, congestion charges, speeding tickets and parking or traffic fines.
